Internet slowdown today March 25

ITS at University Park has just notified us that the University will be experiencing degraded Internet connectivity through the remainder of the day and possibly into the early evening. The reason is that the University's Internet Service Provider had a transformer burn and fiberlines cut in Johnstown. Until this is repaired later in the day, the University's bandwidth or capacity will be less than ten percent of normal capacity. (Forward from Becky Albitz)
